We provide the following mix of business and commercial loans:
Commercial Real Estate
Owner Occupied Ideal for retrofitting or expanding commercial property your business owns, purchasing a new location for your business, or refinancing your current commercial real estate loan to meet the demands of your business.
Owner occupied commercial real estate loans are available for most property types with amortization up to 25 years. Loan-to-value up to 80% for conventional loans or up to 90% for SBA loans.
- Investment This loan can be made for any property type where the borrower occupies less than 50% of the property’s leasable space. The most common commercial investment property types are office, retail, industrial/warehouse, self-storage, multifamily, and hospitality.
If your business requires a vehicle of any type, you might want to consider a business auto loan. Business auto loans are typically used to buy vehicles for work-related operating activities, including delivering products to customers, completing jobs, and transporting employees, among other things. Give us a call before you go shopping for a vehicle and we’ll get you pre-approved.

Machinery & Equipment
Obtaining equipment is one of the most common reasons a small business owner seeks outside financing. This type of business loan is ideal for companies that want to expand their business with industry specific tools or machinery. Unlike many lenders, we are not limited by the age or type of equipment and are able to provide financing to most types of industries, such as logging and construction.
This type of lending requires specific industry and financial knowledge. Our team of loan officers at Cascade Community Credit Union understand non-profit financial information and can find a way to structure loans to meet the needs of the non-profit organization.
Lines of Credit
A business line of credit provides the flexibility to borrow funds for your business, as needed, up to a preset limit. With a line of credit from Cascade Community Credit Union, you make low monthly payments only on the portion of the money that you borrow.
Business Credit Cards
This is a credit card available for all business sizes and intended for use by your business or authorized employees. This type of credit card can help your business build a credit profile to improve future credit borrowing terms.
A business loan that is secured by any form of shares on deposit with Cascade Community Credit Union, which allows you to retain your savings. So, as you make monthly payments on the loan, shares become available. Share secured business loans help build credit history and often feature lower rates than other types of loans.
Being a small business owner is rewarding, but it also has its challenges. When we tried to get a business loan, all the bigger banks said we just don’t have the flexibility to create a lending package for you. But, at Cascade Community Credit Union the experience was night and day. They were willing to sit down with us, go through our books, and in the end we were able to secure a loan to buy our first business facility. Having that local, one-on-one connection makes a huge difference and Cascade Community Credit Union truly came through for us. – Noah W, Owner of Spectrum Cleaning & Restoration in Roseburg, Oregon and CCCU member since 2017
