PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion period begins on November 20, 2023 and ends December 22, 2023. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Cascade Community Credit Union (CCCU) members who are 18 years of age or older. CCCU employees and Board/Supervisory Members are excluded from this promotion. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ENROLLMENT: No enrollment is required for this promotion. All qualified transactions and submitted entries (see below) will count as an entry automatically. ENTRIES: Receive one (1) entry for making a purchase using your CCCU Mastercard credit card. All purchases count as one (1) entry LIMITS: There is no limit for transactional entries. TO ENTER TO WIN WITHOUT MAKING A TRANSACTION: Send a 3”x 5” card with your legible name, phone number, and CCCU member number to “CCCU Holiday Credit Card Promotion”, 1123 W Harvard Ave, Roseburg, Oregon 97471. Each card is one entry. Entries must be received by the credit union during the promotion period in order to qualify. One (1) entry per postmarked envelope, and a limit of eight separately mailed entries per member account will be accepted during the promotion. If your mail in entry wins without a Mastercard transaction, we will deposit $25 into your member share account. PRIZES AND DRAWING: There will be five drawings during the promotional period with two winners each (11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15 and 12/22, 2023). The two (2) winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries and will each receive $200 cash or account credit.  As stated above, if one or both winners are from a mail in entry, then the individual will be credited $25 to their Member Share Account. TAXES: Member is solely responsible for any personal tax liability arising out of the promotional deposit. If a member receives more than $600 in promotional funds during the same calendar year, a 1099-MISC will be generated by CCCU and sent to the member for tax filing purposes. ODDS: Actual odds of winning will be dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. ADDITIONAL TERMS: By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of CCCU, which shall be final in all respects. Entrants will hold harmless CCCU from any liability, claims or damages arising out of their participation and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
