General FAQs

What is the credit union's routing & transit number? What is my complete account number?  All the information you need to know is on your check, as follows:check image

How do I check the holds on my account?
After logging into WebTeller, there is a column on the left hand side labeled "I want to see my...". Click on "Holds", select the suffix in which you would like to see the holds, and hit Submit.

Why is the available balance different from the regular balance?
The available balance is the amount that is left after any pending holds that are waiting to post to your account.

Why is there a dollar held on my account?
The dollar that is held on accounts is most likely a gas station purchase. When you use your debit card at a gas station, they hold $1.00 to see if the account is valid. The total amount is what will eventually come through.

If you find a dollar is being held on your savings account, that is simply the necessary dollar required for membership to the Credit Union.

Can I add onto my Anytime Money Line or HELOC through WebTeller?
Absolutely! You can do this just like you would transfer money from savings to checking. Log into WebTeller and go to "I want to" on the left hand side of screen.  Click on "Transfer Funds" and select what loan you would like to add on to and where you would like it to go.

Pathfinder Checking Information

Cascade Community's all-new Pathfinder Checking account features no monthly service charge and no minimum balance requirements.  Plus, you'll get these other great benefits with Pathfinder Checking:

  -Free eStatements
-Free WebTeller Internet banking & free WebPay bill payment service
  -Free debit card
-Unlimited withdrawals from Cascade Community ATMs
-First 5 non-Cascade Community ATM withdrawals free

Pathfinder Checking also allows you to earn dividends and refunds of ATM surcharge fees.  Additional account benefits:

-Earn a great Annual Percentage Yield (APY) on the first $1,000 daily balance in Pathfinder
   Checking.
-Earn a competitive APY on the remainder of the daily balance in the Pathfinder Checking
   account.
-Earn a refund of ATM surcharge fees and excess withdrawal fees for that month. A maximum of
$20 per month applies to this refund.

You only need to do a few simple things to earn these additional account benefits.

-You must be actively enrolled in eStatements.
-Have at least twelve debit card purchases post to your checking account each calendar month
   (excludes ATM transactions).
-Have at least one electronic deposit or withdrawal post to your checking account each month (direct
deposit, direct debit or bill pay).

These requirements must be met during each calendar month to earn the additional benefits for that month.  If the requirements are not met, the additional account benefits won't be received.  Don't worry, if you didn't meet the requirements listed above during a month, you can still meet the requirements the next month to earn the additional benefits.

Other Important Notes: The dividend rate on Pathfinder Checking is subject to change at any time.  Dividends will be credited on a monthly basis; ATM surcharge fees are refunded to your account on the last day of the month.  The requirements must be met during your monthly statement cycle.  You can review your monthly eStatement to verify that the requirements were met and the benefits were received.  If your checking account was opened during the current month, the requirements will be waived for that month and the benefits will be received for the first month.
